We are thrilled to share news that fills us with pride: our Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG Bosan 2016 Cesari has been awarded the prestigious Tre Bicchieri recognition in the Gambero Rosso Vini d’Italia 2026 guide.
This accolade joins an already impressive list of honors, including 5 Grappoli from Bibenda, 93 points from Wine Enthusiast, and 91 points from Robert Parker, confirming the consistent quality we strive for every day.
Bosan Tre Bicchieri: the Contemporary Soul of Valpolicella in a glass
We are particularly proud of our Amarone Bosan Cesari, which receives Tre Bicchieri for the first time. This wine is the purest expression of our philosophy and winemaking heritage.
- It originates from a historic vineyard in Marano, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica zone, at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level.
- Here, indigenous grapes such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella are carefully hand-selected and then undergo a meticulous and lengthy appassimento (drying) process.
- The terraced vineyards are cultivated using the traditional pergola veronese training system, on calcareous volcanic soil, where the cool, breezy climate allows us to craft wines with a unique aromatic and structural profile.
The result is an Amarone of exceptional elegance, depth, and longevity—our finest way of expressing the authentic soul of this land.
