Cancellation and refund terms and conditions

Gerardo Cesari S.p.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) reserves the right to cancel the experience by email, providing the customer with 14 days’ notice. It is also understood that the Company may cancel the experience at any time due to force majeure, without guaranteeing adequate notice. In both cases, if it is not possible to identify an alternative date for the experience, the Company undertakes to refund the full amount paid within 3 business days, excluding any further compensation for any reason.


The customer may cancel the booked experience by notifying the Company via email at hospitality@cesari.it, with at least 14 days’ notice. In this case, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the cancellation by the customer is received by the Company with less than 14 days’ notice, the Company will retain the entire amount paid and nothing will be owed to the customer, for any reason.


By booking the experience, the customer declares acceptance of the above cancellation and refund conditions and waives any further claims in this regard
