This distillate is obtained throught the ancient pomace batch distillation method. Made from special pomace, Amarone Aquavit has been aged in small oak casks. Cesari Amarone aquavit is the perfect end to a fine dinner. This distillate should be sipped from small glasses to better appreciate its bouquet and mellow flavour.
