This 90-minute tour begins in the cellar, where you will visit the Cesari Fruttaio – our signature grape drying loft where the clusters undergo the appassimento process to give birth to iconic wines like Amarone della Valpolicella. To complete the tour, you will taste three labels that represent our modern interpretation of the region’s traditional styles: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Amarone from the Cesari Classics line.
